The corner stones of the consistently high quality is the sum of many single measures. Thus we check constantly by an analytic supervision of  the process chemistry (internally as well as externally).  The solder ability of smarttin^® we test after thermal aging (4h/155 °C) on a wave solder line with a low activated Flux (FSW34).

The tin thickness we check by x-ray measurement (D: 7,3 g/cm³) and protocol each shipment/order.
