smarttin^® is very compact, fine crystalline and poor in pores. By corresponding measures we hold process-conditional interests like tin 4+, copper and other by-products in the produced immersion tin as low as possible. This is a stone of many to reach a perfect solder result.

Therefore again, we are one step ahead and can pronounce far-reaching processing guarantees. We guarantee a storage time of 12 months with a smarttin® thickness of 1.0 µm (cpk = 1,333) as well as 6 months for a smarttin® thickness of 0.8 µm (cpk = 1,333).
