First / Second Source

Should you have an interruption with your immersion tin process (in-house) caused by a servicing or even an layout crash, you can use us as a Second Source on short notice. Of course this is also valid for overcapacities (fluctuating extent of utilisation in-house – layout).

We are certificated for all well-known PCB end users and are able to make available large amounts in manufacture capacity to you at short notice.

You receive smarttin® in following variations:

≥ 0.80 µm (cpk = ≥ 1,333)

With these tin thickness you can run 2 reflow and 1 wave solder process. Carried out with tin/lead materials. Storage guarantee: < 6 months, temperature: > 15 °C to < 30 °C, relative humidity: < 75 %

≥ 0.90 µm (cpk = ≥ 1,333)

With these tin thickness you can run 2 reflow and 1 wave solder process. Carried out with lead free materials. Storage guarantee: < 6 months, temperature: > 15 °C to < 30 °C, relative humidity: < 75 %

≥ 1.0 µm (cpk  = ≥ 1,333)

With this thickness you can run several solder cycles with unleaded and lead materials. The dominating operational area for this is the automotive industry as well as for the industrial electronics. Storage guarantee: < 12 months, temperature: > 15 °C to < 30 °C, relative humidity: < 75 %

≥ 1.20 µm (the smallest value ≥1,2 µm, without cpk)

This coating thickness is used with custom made products and problem-afflicted orders and currently covers the highest requirements of the industry. Of course we coat your circuits also with a shift thickness of your choice (Defiantly to the variations 1-3).
